- AI-generated outputs are provided to assist in your decision-making process; they do not constitute definitive advice or guaranteed outcomes.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated suggestions before acting upon them.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to hack, destabilize, or adapt the Service's source code or underlying infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written permission.

AXIOM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR PREDICTIVE VALUE OF THE DECISION FRAMEWORKS PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AXIOM, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
